I am running free, self-contained DnD one-shots in a unique world inspired by themes of honesty and honor, organized crime, liminal spaces, The Backrooms, and nightmares.

I am a long time gamer, author, and professional editor interested in unique experiences and meaningful, tactical combat. This world is called Dreamview, and parts of it world are inspired by roguelike games like Nethack, Adom, Dwarf Fortress, and Cataclysm: Dark Days Ahead.

I chose sandbox-style one shots because they allow for people to play as much or as little as they want without the commitment required for long campaigns. This is a great way to learn, help newbies, test out character ideas, and experience a unique world based in part on my own experience working with (not for!) the mafia, the underground, and liminal horror.
