🎲 Heading to Midwest GameFest? You just found your crew.
Midwest GameFest is one of the Midwest’s best-kept secrets — four days of tabletop gaming in Kansas City, April 23–26, 2026 at the Stoney Creek Hotel in Independence, Missouri. If you’re planning to make the trip, this is where you connect with other attendees before the badges go on.
Whether you’re signing up for D&D events, hunting for a group for historical minis, or just want to know who else is making the trip, this is your spot. Find gaming partners before you arrive, plan your schedule together, and show up already knowing people.
Midwest GameFest draws serious tabletop gamers — the kind who drive hours for a great RPG session or a chance to demo something new from a small publisher. If that’s you, you belong here.
🗺️ Here’s what you’ll find:
– A place to connect with other Midwest GameFest attendees before and during the convention
– Discussions on games you’re planning to run or play — find open seats and offer spots at your table
– Cosplay planning, travel tips, and hotel room share threads for the Stoney Creek Hotel
– A community that sticks around after the convention ends, because good gaming groups don’t stop at four days
Midwest GameFest has been a Kansas City institution for decades, run by the Role-Players Guild of Kansas City. If you’ve been before, welcome back. If this is your first time, this group will help you hit the ground rolling.
