🌸 Florida’s premier anime convention is back. Find other Metrocon fans here. Metrocon is the Southeast’s longest-running anime convention: three days of anime, gaming, cosplay, panels, and community at the Tampa Convention Center from July 31–August 2, 2026. It’s a fan-run event in every sense, built by people who love anime and want to share it with everyone around them. This group is for Metrocon attendees who want to connect before the convention. Find cosplay partners, plan your schedule, meet other fans coming from across Florida and beyond. 🗺️ Here’s what you’ll find: – A place to connect with other Metrocon attendees before and during the convention – Cosplay planning: find group cosplays, share WIP photos, and coordinate with other cosplayers – Tabletop and gaming meetups at Metrocon — find people for board games and TCG side events – A year-round community for Florida anime fans between convention seasons Metrocon has been a Tampa tradition for over two decades.
